In this video, Bethany Gonyea describes the components of the 15- minute GPCP protocol and the personal benefits we all receive in participating.  She discusses why the phenomenon of group intention brings out the honor and dignity within all of us and lifts us out of depression. She also invites us to become “Intentional Coherence Athletes ” in Fall of 2019 to keep training our nervous systems to maintain the burgeoning expansion we have begun this week in the Peace Project to ensure we continue to increase our happiness levels.

June: Something for EVERYONE!

It is with amazing gratitude that I write this post…As I look at each of these events, I recognize how blessed we are because I have met so many wonderful people of such wisdom and depth.  You will see below that we are collaborating with amazing individuals.  There is an event for almost everyone here this month, and two events will be held in beautiful outdoor places.      Please scroll all the way down…all of these events support our efforts to encourage intentions for peace research.
Living The Discipline of Conscious Intentionality
Bethany Gonyea, NUMINOUS founder
Wednesday June 1, at 7:00 PM
Unity Church of Albany

More and more research is documenting that our mental intentions have real world impact.  As we come to grasp the enormous implications of this research, we learn how important it becomes that we create through conscious intention rather than unconscious default.  With Intention…everything counts…so we  need to be brutally honest with ourselves about what intentions we are emitting at all times.  We also need be aware when we are going “unconscious.”  Conscious Intention only works when we are inputting the same signal into the field repeatedly, and we don’t fall asleep at the wheel.

To skillfully sculpt our lives through intention, we need to learn the discipline of keeping our desires alive while facing life’s inevitable challenges.  We will discuss the concept that maintaining conscious intentions is similar to living from the peaceful eye of a storm. We may see all softs of things flying in the wind but learn not to attach to them and fly away ourselves.   We will also discuss what is our role in creating our lives and how to interface skillfully with the Loving Intelligence that connects us all, to sculpt a lives of the deepest meaning and engagement.

The Jaguar Path: the Benefits of  Shamanic Skills in Every Day Life – Part 1
Ray Crist, Shaman and Founder of The Jaguar Path Yoga School
Wednesday June 8, at 7:00 PM
Unity Church in Albany

Shamans are men and women who heal themselves an train others to cultivate their power and abilities to heal by learning to shift into “second attention”  First attention includes all of the ordinary information we experience through our five senses every day.  However, Shamans also access information form “Second Attention”, which means they sense the additional energy and information flowing around the filters of our five senses. A power innate to all of us. “Listen to your heart” ” Trust your gut feeling” etc.

When we train to widen our perceptual fields we can access this wealth of information along with a quite confidence and inner peace. Through the tools you will learn you will accelerate your healing and find both courage and the capacity to make the changes your heart and higher self wants you to make!

By training our minds to sense and become aware of this subtle information the way shamans do, we gain access to a whole new breadth of information that can be highly advantageous to our path.  We can even start to make changes without  “white knuckling” them, because we have accelerated accessing the crisp clarity required for sudden change.   As we learn how to access this occluded information we gain great wisdom and discernment, and our steps become more sure.

In this class, we are happy to invite back by popular demand, Ray Crist, founder of the Jaguar Path School of Yoga and Shamanism.  Ray will be offering us some practical Shamanic tools and understandings He will share with us how Shamanic training can help westerners to:
–    Learn tools that will help heal past traumas
–    develop an abiding sense of personal power, integrity and authenticity
–    understand your place and purpose in life
–    develop innate psychic impressions (second attention)  and understand them as a spiritual resource
–    deepen creative inspiration and expression
–    strengthen established regular spiritual practices
–    deepen your understanding of your personal relationships with nature, people, and living environments
–   experience deep mystical states that can elevate and stabilize you morally, spiritually and emotionally

This fall, Ray will be opening a chapter of his Jaguar Path Yoga School through NUMINOUS this fall, so we will be offering similar classes so that people can get a good experience of his work, and learn whether they would like to expand their training through the comprehensive 9 month program .  Ray is a grounded teacher, who loves to combine contemporary life with established primordial wisdom practices to help us live lives of greater meaning, purpose, ease and majestic wonder.

An Introduction to the Avatar Material – Living Deliberately
Anna Witt. Avatar Master
Wednesday June 15, at 7:00 PM
Unity Church of Albany

In this class we are fortunate to have Anna Witt, master of the extremely profound Avatar materials synthesized and collected by Harry Palmer.  The Avatar® Course is a set of practical, effective tools that allows people, in a very short time, to identify and change the conclusions, decisions, and agreements that are shaping their lives.  Participants set new goals or revive old ones, and use their rediscovered powers, create opportunities, motivation, and the courage to pursue dreams.

“Avatar is a non – religious practice that allows a person to reconnect with their true spiritual self. And along the way, students discover the source of issues, problems and concerns, learn ways to resolve and eliminate those issues, problems and concerns, and as a consequence gain the  ability to create the life they want. This is known as living deliberately.”

So, Avatar doesn’t really discuss what is consciousness per se, but it provides you with fundamentals tools on how your consciousness works.

“Allow yourself the gift of universal perspective. Wisdom will appear and your actions will be motivated by an intuitive, spontaneous, benevolent intent. There is no regret. Do useful things. Help others for the delight of helping others. Concentrate on adding value to the world rather than consuming the world.”
– Harry Palmer, author of the Avatar materials

I know from my experience as a surgeon that there are many treatments, from emotional to physical, which can heal the cause and relieve the resulting pain. Shamanism and Law of Attraction
Tuesday September 20 at 6:30-8:30 PM
Shenendehowa Adult Community Center
6 Clifton Common Court
Clifton Park, NY 12065

Current research is demonstrating intentions and prayers have measurable effects, however, shamans have understood this phenomenon for millennia and developed technologies to transmit intentions.

Shamans view the world as a matrix of energy and tell us that we all have a magnetic field around us called the luminous field.   As we walk in life, our luminous field is constantly radiating out information to the world and the electromagnetic field of the planet.   We are on one hand pulsing all our hopes and dreams and on the other emanating all our fears and worries. The law of attraction says what we put out is what we draw in. In this workshop Ray, founder of the Yoga Shamanic school, The Jaguar Path, will teach shamanic techniques to clear out the energy body and allow for each one of the participants to glow out in the world with confidence and ease so what they project in the world and attract in their life’s are only their hopes and dreams.

TESTIMONIALS

– Amazing.  Growth enhancing.  Be aware that your prosperity may come in avenues you do not expect.  Welcome it.

– The Prosperity Plus class has changed my way of relating to my own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around me.  Gratitude is more common in my life, and my reaction is down; I am acting upon my life now.  The best gift:  a group of like minded people I am blessed to be able to call my friends.  I am so grateful for being given this opportunity.   I’m also in for the next class!

Here are 10 key principles that we will address:

Key 1: Honor your discontent. It holds the gift of your dream.
Key 2: 5 questions to test whether your dream deserves you, your time and your life energy.
Key 3:  Powerfully Rebut your story: “up until now it might have been true, but now I am partnering with a higher power. I and God can do anything.”
Key 4: Recognize fear for what it is: the border between the known and the unknown new you. In the unknown your answers lie.  We have the solution to the problems we face.
Key 5: Raise your vibration: bless what you have & be an agent of increase to others.  Intentioning requires an elevating emotions.
Key 6: Forgiveness work of self and others. It cleans your energy, removes blocks and leaks in your energy field, which creates a vacuum in your energy field for more positive things to come through.
Key 7: Get in touch with the voice of inspired insight, divine wisdom. Then act. (ALWAYS go to the edge of the light you see).
Key 8: Partner with someone to support each other in your dream. All things are possible to the ones that believe….others belief in ourselves helps us when we doubt
Key 9: Failure is just feedback. It allows you to know more of who you are. Choose to be better over bitter. Don’t let failure have you.
Key 10: Celebrate. It is about the process, and during it you discover who you are. That is what it is all about.

The power of this class is that of having a group that comes together each week to share their successes, which enhances everyone’s success.  We will have lots of fun and sharing as we learn how to create a mindset that fosters abundance in all areas of life.

The cost is $50 for the video materials plus tithing to Numinous as advised by Marry Morrisey as part of the course

Guest Speaker: Kelsie Kenefick, Official Guide for John of God

Friday September 30 at 7:00 PM
Shenendehowa Adult Community Center
6 Clifton Commons Court, Clifton Park, NY 12065

Internationally renowned healer, John of God, will be at Omega Institute in October 2016.  John of God has been healing people for over 55 years.  He is most famous for his  ability to perform physical surgeries without anesthesia or sterilization.

John of God has been on multiple television shows throughout the world, and Oprah went to visit him personally.  Wayne Dyer described in his book Wishes Fulfilled, how John of God healed him of leukemia…at a distance.

Kelsie Kenefick, author of Journey to the Spirit World, and official Casa Guide of John of God’s working residence in Brazil will be at Omega in Rhinebeck to help support the work of John of God where he sees approximately 1000 people a day.

I asked Kelsie if she would come lead us to into deep transformative meditation similar to the meditations that occur at the Casa where John of God sees thousands of people a day at no cost to participants.

It is this type of meditation, referred to as “current” that provides the powerful energetic charge through which John of God performed his healings.  In fact, when the “current” gets too low,(especially when he is performing a more intricate surgery, for example a heart surgery)  he will ask for more meditators to come sit in current.    This is a special opportunity to experience sitting in the “current” of energy of the world’s most revered spiritual healers and Kelsie is highly skilled at leading such currents.

Kelsie will talk briefly about meditative current to help explain how miracles can occur when saints and doctors from the spirit world come through to heal. This brief introduction will be followed by a powerful healing meditation.

Kelsie is an amazing person who has been traveling between the US and Brazil for the last several years, and who outlined how she personally experienced the miracles of John of God in her book “Journey To The Spirit World.”  It is her greatest joy to encourage others to have the experience.   She will lead us in a deep cleansing current.

This is a special opportunity to experience sitting in the “current” of energy of one of the world’s most revered spiritual healers.  Kelsie is skilled at leading such currents.

Please wear white, if possible. Feel free to bring photos of others for healing.

Using Meditation To Eliminate Emotional and Physical Pain

Tuesday, October 13 at 7:00 PM- Date change to Thursday 10/6
Shenendehowa Adult Community Center
6 Clifton Commons Court
Clifton Park, NY 12065

Often when people start to learn meditation, they may start with a formal process and formal instruction.  This cookie cutter approach of course has it’s incredibly valuable benefits, however, it often doesn’t meet the needs of people going through incredible pain, either emotional or physical.  People often attend these gatherings in crises and leave saying, “I tried meditation, it did not work for me.”  That is unfortunate, because meditation offers amazing tools to reduce human suffering.

As former Director of the Albany TMJ & Facial Pain Center, Bethany Gonyea worked with car accident patients teaching them how to use their pain as a biofeedback instrument to accelerate consciousness.  She uses these same skills to apply to emotional pain as well.  Bethany will share with you techniques and understandings that she has been cultivating for 25 years to accelerate well being.  It all begins with developing an “intolerance for feeling miserable.”    She will be offering her basic techniques for personalizing meditation from her new audio book, “Using Meditation To Eliminate Emotional and Physical Pain”  scheduled to be available by Christmas.

Shenedehowa Adult Community Center – Location change to Spirit Tree
Spirit Tree, 987 New Loudon Road, Latham, NY 12110

To accelerate manifestation, Shamans have been developing ceremonial technologies for millennia that externalize internal intentional processes.  Through ceremony, we accelerate manifesting by moving intentions from the internal world to the external world.     In this talk, Shaman Ray Crist and founder of the Jaguar Path  Yoga and Shamanic school  will be sharing a truly magical way on how to manifest something we want in the future. This can be a change in life, in relationships or even a goal we want to set for our work through the ceremony of Sand Painting.

The Jaguar Path Yoga and Shamanic school is accepting applications for the 2016-17 year.  You can learn more at:  www.JaguarPath.com
